David Ko is the co-founder and CEO of Ripple Health Group. Ripple Health Group (RHG) is an early stage healthtech startup focused on helping people experience healthier lives by connecting them to the care, support, and community they need.
Prior to RHG, David was a Board Member, President and COO of Rally Health, a digital health company. Rally’s solutions are available to nearly 55 million people through health plans, care providers, and more than 200,000 employers. Rally was acquired by UnitedHealth Group in 2017.
David was also the COO at Zynga, which he helped take public in December 2011. Prior to his work at Zynga, he spent 10 years at Yahoo! in various senior executive roles, including SVP of Yahoo!’s audience, mobile, and local businesses.
He also serves on a variety of boards at his alma mater, New York University Stern School of Business, including the Board of Overseers and Technology advisory board. Through his involvement, he helped launch the Andre Koo Tech MBA program, and in 2016 he established the NYU Stern Venture Fellows program for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Anastasios Kasiolas is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer for Ripple Health Group (RHG) where he leads the technology direction and execution for the RHG technology platform.
Anastasios has been in technology for more than 20 years and a track record of leading engineering teams that deliver scalable, performant, compliant and secure technology platforms. He has gained experience in systems programming, backend and database development, devops, and very large scale web and mobile gaming applications through his tenure at Microsoft and Zynga for 14 years collectively. At Microsoft, he has been part of the first Common Language Runtime (.NET CLR) team, XML Web Services, Hotmail Backend and Protocols, Azure Storage. At Zynga, he led the suite of Ville style games (Farmville, Castleville, Chefville) for web and mobile.
Anastasios has been revolutionizing healthcare technology since 2013 when he joined Rally Health and led the company through integration with UnitedHealth Group.
Anastasios has graduated from the University of Patras, Greece with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Computer Engineering and he is holding a Master’s of Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.
Anastasios lives in San Francisco with his wife and son. He enjoys cooking, traveling adventures, hiking and spends time in the water at every opportunity.
Rhett Woods is the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Ripple Health Group, where he leads the product strategy and design direction for the company.
For more than 20 years, Rhett has built and led design, development, product, and sales teams at leading companies including Adobe, Macromedia, Linden Lab, and Rally Health. In the creative arena, he is well versed at creating content and experiences across web, 3D, mobile, interactive TV, and live events.
Rhett helped demonstrate to the industry the potential for Rich Internet Applications (RIA), a new kind of web experience that has become the norm today. He led the creative strategy and execution of some of the largest and most successful software launches including ColdFusion, Macromedia MX / Studio, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite.
For the last 10 years, he’s been focused on improving health outcomes through better consumer experiences. At Rally Health, he was part of the team that took the company from 0 to 55M users, helping people improve their health and wellness, find doctors, and understand the costs associated with healthcare decisions.
Rhett studied Aerospace Engineering (for a week) at San Diego State University, International Consumer Behavior at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and Business Marketing at Portland State University. He is an accomplished pilot, having soloed both a helicopter and fixed-wing on his 16th birthday, and then went on to achieve type ratings in Learjets and Citation jets.
